A 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and fast wifi if you need to work during your stay. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry wash and shower gel for your convenience. 🌿 Outdoor Space Step outside to the balcony or patio with outdoor seating — perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down in the fresh air. Balcony: outdoor seating for two with unobstructed views north over the CBD. Building amenities: Lap pool, sauna, and fully equipped gym available to guests. Pool table and table tennis available too. Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board in the apartment. AC throughout. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire apartment, including the three private bedrooms (Master Ensuite, Bedroom 2 and 3, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, the comfortable living room, and the outdoor balcony or patio with seating. It includes step-by-step instructions on accessing the property and helpful information about house rules. 🕒 Same-Day Bookings To ensure our housekeeping and check-in processes run smoothly, we require at least one day's notice for bookings. Please note: A 3 PM check-in cannot be guaranteed for same-day or last-minute bookings, especially if guests are checking out that morning. Guests with advance reservations will be prioritized for check-in. 🕓 Early Check-In Requests Standard check-in time is 3 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll let you know. $100 for 2 hours more hours early check-in and $200 applies to more than 3 hours. Subject to availability. Please understand that, unlike hotels, we don’t have alternate rooms to offer. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the space. We appreciate your understanding and patience! 🕙 Late Check-Out Requests We may be able to offer a late check-out based on our housekeeping schedule. Please contact us by 24 hours before your departure to check availability. For check-outs after 12 PM, an additional night’s fee applies, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre before check-out day. If not confirmed, check-out will remain at 10 AM, and our team will proceed with scheduled cleaning. 🧴 Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, we provide complimentary starter supplies, including: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry liquid Toilet paper and other essentials These are meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay. Portacot & High Chair Note: For safety and hygiene, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot. A padded base mat is included. We recommend using your own baby linens and mattress to avoid sensitivities. 📡 Smart Sensor Notice A smart sensor is installed in the living area. It is not a camera and does not record video or raw audio. It monitors noise levels, smoking detection, temperature, humidity, and occupancy (motion and connected mobile devices). All data is presented as graphs only, used to help ensure a comfortable and secure environment. 🚫 Smoking, Parties & Gatherings Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events allowed. Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
